The Labyrinth - Dedicated with love to teacher and friend Denise Crundal.

Making a canvas Labyrinth at St Davids Church Balwyn with friends.

Using a Labyrinth kit from Grace Cathedral in San Francisco USA, gifted by by Reiki teachers Denise and John Crundal, Sue developed the Labyrinth pattern which was painted onto canvas by friends from the Usui Reiki Center in 1998.

Making The Labyrinth This Labyrinth is based on the Labyrinth from Chartres Cathedral France. Labyrinths

There are two distinct ancient designs of Labyrinths, the Classical and the Chartres Labyrinth design. Both are ancient spiritual tools providing an opportunity to relax and to discover an answer to that which you are seeking.

Walking the Labyrinth is being used today as a pathway to understanding, to peace and to expressing creativity. There is no right or wrong way to walk a Labyrinth. There is no right or wrong feeling or experience on the Labyrinth. Generally the walker follows the single meandering path to he center or goal and then retraces their steps back along the path to the opening. There are no dead ends or tricks in a Labyrinth. As in our own unique journey through life, all our experiences and feelings are valid. The Labyrinth provides a unique pathway that may assist us to understand ourselves better. For some it may be  to realize our purpose and true potential, for others it may be to at peace to mediate and pray and for others they may wish to celebrate by dancing the path of the Labyrinth. Generally after walking the Labyrinth, the walker has a new understanding or insight.

Ancient Labyrinths can be found around the world, while modern day Labyrinths are being installed in major cities to help people in their lives.

Sue trained as a Labyrinth facilator in 2002 with the Rev Lauren Artres, Grace Cathedral San Francisco USA.

Sue and her husband Michael have walked a number of Labyrinths here in Australia and overseas. Sue enjoys facilitating Labyrinth walks.

Walk the Labyrinth path

Destress - Be inspired - Realise your dreams!

A Path of Healing  - A Path of Peace

The Labyrinth allows us a gentle release

To breathe and relax and center our hearts

To discover our truth, to walk our own path

No tricks or dead ends, no right or wrong

The Labyrinth  is like an endless song

A tool so ancient yet modern today

Can inspire us as we walk it our way

It can open our hearts and minds to be

At one with our purpose, and clarity.

Sue facilitates  Labyrinth walks in Australia and overseas.
