Walk it your way!
The Labyrinth can help you to be true to yourself.
The Labyrinth is another tool to help us to be more aware of our actions. It allows us to discover for ourselves while walking its winding path, questions we may hold in our hearts and minds.
On the Labyrinth there is only one pathway to the center there are no dead ends. Once reaching the center people often sit still and relax for a while. The Labyrinth gives the walker time to breathe out and relax. It is an ancient path often found in the past on the floors of cathedrals or in beautiful gardens.
It is important to walk the meandering path of the Labyrinth in your own unique way. Some walk slowly, others at a fast pace, some dance it while others stop and reflect along the way. There is no right or wrong way to walk it. Once in the center the walker then leaves the center and retraces their steps along the path, out to the beginning of the Labyrinth.
